GRACEWOOD Senior Living was founded from the heart, inspired by a daughter’s love.

        Being far away meant that time with her parents was limited, yet every visit was deeply cherished. When her parents were taken too soon, far too early, she carried a profound wish for additional shared meals, more milestones celebrated, and more moments that truly mattered.

          Out of that grief and love came a clear purpose: to create a home for seniors where compassion and support while maintaining independence are woven into everyday life. That is how Gracewood was born. This mission lives in everything Gracewood stands for: treating every resident like family, making every meal feel like home, and guiding daily life with gentleness, respect and unconditional love.

           The Gracewood home itself holds special meaning. It was thoughtfully designed and built as a family home so the founder and her family could remain close to their aging parents, sharing daily life, unhurried time together, and the gift of their wisdom and presence.  For a season, that purpose was fulfilled beautifully.

      Today, Gracewood opens its doors to continue the same mission for other seniors and families not seeking a facility, but a true home.  A place where each resident is known by name, treated with dignity, and cared for as family.
